Kinda Rubbish

At Kinda Rubbish, every piece is made and packed with care. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help—within the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotions are not eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration

  • Returns requested after the 7-day window

Reverse Pickup & Charges

  • If a return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup

  • A ₹100 reverse logistics charge will be deducted from the refund amount

  • This charge covers shipping, handling, and processing

Refund Method

  • No cash or bank refunds are provided

  • All approved refunds will be issued only as store credit

  • Store credit will be added to your kinda Rubbish account within 5–7 working days after quality check

  • Store credit has no expiry and can be used on any future purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images or a video of the issue

  • Once verified, we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • If the desired size or product is unavailable, store credit will be issued after deducting the reverse charge

How to Raise a Return Request

You can place a return request directly from our website by logging into your account and selecting the relevant order.
Alternatively, you may email us with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting images (if applicable)

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
